1. Navigate to the page you would like to edit.
2. Enter edit mode by choosing Menu in the upper left corner, then Edit. You can also hit F2 if you have a keyboard connected to the device or are editing on a desktop.
3. Choose a button to open the editing sidebar on the right-hand side of the screen.
4. Look at the Actions section of the editing sidebar to see what actions are programmed with that button. The default action for a button that does not navigate is for it to speak. A speech bubble with the message will be shown under Actions.
5. Folders and buttons that navigate to another page will show the action to Go to page. This means the button navigates to another page.
These are the two most common button actions you will see across Mind Express.
Changing the Button Action
1. From the Actions section, you can edit the current button action with the pencil icon, or delete a button action with the trash can.
Choose Add action to add a button action.
2. The Add action pop-up will appear with all the options for button actions. When you select an action, an explanation of what the action does will appear in the bottom left corner. Select the action you would like the button to perform and click OK.
3. The new button action will appear in the editing sidebar under Actions. Click the Green checkmark to save the changes. The button will now perform the actions you programmed.
