Use the + and - buttons on the faceplate of the SoundPOD to adjust the volume of the speaker.
- The button with the "+" increases the volume. Press this button several times to increase the volume to the desired level.

Have you increased the volume on the SoundPOD, but you're still not experiencing the expected volume level? Consider 3 common solutions:

Is there a green light above the power button (see blue circle in the photo below)?

A green light indicates that the
SoundPOD is charged and turned on. If there is no green light, try:
- Pressing the "ON" or "Power ON" button (How do I turn on/off the SoundPOD?)
- If no green light appears after attempting to turn on the SoundPOD, you may need to charge it. See How do I charge the SoundPOD? for further details.

Is the audio coming out of the speaker still not loud enough even after turning up the volume on the SoundPOD?
- Increase the volume on the tablet to a higher level. If the volume on the tablet is set too low, the volume coming out of the SoundPOD will also remain at a low volume.

Is there no audio coming out of the SoundPOD after verifying that it's charged and that the volume on the device is turned up?
- Ensure that the SoundPOD is still wirelessly connected to the device. You can verify that it's connected and/or reconnect it in the Bluetooth settings of the communication device.
