Keyguards can be helpful for AAC users who would benefit from additional tactile feedback and/or who may need support with button access. Our SnapLock Keyguards are specially designed to work with Forbes AAC ProSlate and WinSlate devices. This article covers several features that make our keyguards unique.

Corner Grips
Our SnapLock Keyguard features a corner grip design that easily snaps in place and locks onto the device. The corner grips yield a satisfying “snap” sound when installing to confirm positive attachment success.
Pull-off Resistant
While SnapLock keyguards are a breeze to attach, by they are extremely resistant to being pulled off (unless you know the technique!). You can remove the keyguards with the simple no-tool procedure detailed in this article: How do I safely remove a SnapLock Keyguard from a device?
Thick Design
SnapLock keyguards are specifically designed to be thick enough to hold the user’s hand off the screen, which can help them to avoid unintentional button presses. Their thickness also makes them extremely durable.
Customizable
SnapLock keyguards can be customized in their layout, color, and button shape. More information about keyguard customization options can be found in this article: What customization options do you offer for your SnapLock keyguards?
Keyguards are communication device accessories (E2599) and can be funded by a variety of insurance plans.
