When you create a Loan Library Webstore account for the first time, you will receive an email verification to the email address you used to create your Webstore account. You must verify your email in order to have access to the Webstore.
Unfortunately, certain email platforms may block the verification email (i.e. those for hospitals, school systems, etc.) from making its way to your inbox. If you do not see the verification email, this article will walk you through the required troubleshooting steps.
We also recommend that you reach out to your IT Department to allow emails from noreply@ezrentout.com as this will allow you to receive future communications (i.e. return reminder emails) from our Loan Library!
Know that our goal is to make this process as efficient as possible! Our team will be with you every step of the way to assist in getting this resolved.

We will attempt to send the verification link to that account. If this works, let your local Assistive Technology Specialist know, and share with them the preferred email you would like associated with your Webstore account login (if it isn't the secondary email that we sent the verification to). In the extremely rare cases where this does not work...
- Let your Assistive Technology Specialist know, and our team will work to generate your order behind the scenes.
